Tour Plan

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi, where a representative from Sipolio Africa Safaris warmly welcomes you. You’ll be transferred to your city hotel to rest and refresh. Depending on your arrival time, optional visits include the Giraffe Centre, David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, or dinner at the iconic Carnivore Restaurant.

Set off early for the scenic drive to Samburu National Reserve in Kenya’s arid north. Pass through dramatic landscapes and rural villages before arriving at your lodge beside the Ewaso Nyiro River. Enjoy your first game drive in this unique ecosystem, known for rare species like the grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and gerenuk.

Spend the day exploring Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives. Watch elephants bathing in the river, spot elusive leopards, and learn about the rich culture of the Samburu people. Between safaris, enjoy peaceful downtime at the lodge surrounded by rugged hills and wildlife sounds.

Travel south to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, home to the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa and the last two northern white rhinos. After lunch, visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary and embark on an afternoon game drive. This is one of the best places to see all Big Five animals against the backdrop of Mount Kenya.

Depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving by midday. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive around the alkaline lake, famous for its flocks of flamingos, white rhinos, and tree-climbing lions. Take in scenic viewpoints like Baboon Cliff before retreating to your lodge for the night.

After a morning game drive, head to Lake Naivasha. Enjoy a boat safari on the lake to spot hippos, fish eagles, and other birdlife, followed by a nature walk on Crescent Island, where you can walk among zebras, giraffes, and gazelles. Relax at your lakeside lodge with views of calm waters and acacia trees.

Set off for the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch, then dive straight into an afternoon game drive in one of Africa’s richest wildlife areas. Spot lions lounging in the sun, cheetahs scanning the plains, and vast herds of wildebeest. Settle into your safari lodge or tented camp.

Spend two full days on game drives across the Masai Mara. Depending on the season, witness the Great Migration crossing the Mara River, or track prides of lions and solitary leopards. Visit a Maasai village to learn about the community’s customs, dances, and daily life. Return each evening to the comfort of your lodge and the sounds of the African night.

Take a scenic flight or drive to Amboseli National Park, famous for its postcard views of Mount Kilimanjaro and large elephant herds. Arrive for lunch, followed by a gentle evening game drive. Capture silhouettes of wildlife against Africa’s tallest peak as the sun sets over the plains.

Spend your day exploring Amboseli’s diverse habitats — from open plains to swampy springs. Look out for elephants with massive tusks, buffalo, lions, and a variety of birds. Visit Observation Hill for sweeping park views. Relax during the heat of the day and enjoy a sundowner with uninterrupted vistas.

Drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon. Spend your final evening enjoying some city highlights, shopping for souvenirs at local craft markets, or dining out in one of Nairobi’s top restaurants. Overnight stay at a hotel of your choice.

After breakfast, transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight. Your 13-day safari with Sipolio Africa Safaris ends with unforgettable memories — from wild savannahs to tranquil lakes, soaring peaks to deep cultural encounters. Asante sana (thank you), and see you again in magical Kenya.
